After being imprisoned for 10 years, the "Devil's Rejects" are back at it again. Otis escapes prison, meets Winslow, and devises a plan to get his sister Baby out too.--IMDB
For background purposes, this movie is the third installment in a trilogy of films: the first was "House of 1000 Corpses", the second was "The Devil's Rejects". This one picks up right where the last one left off. And I must say that out of the three, this one is the only one that has an actual plot. The others are more so just destruction and carnage, which were very entertaining, but lacked substance. I really enjoyed the dynamic of the new characters and the old ones too. The bickering amongst them was humorous and helped to build more of relationship between them and the audience. It made it easier to root for the bad guys. The kills in this movie were as violent and plentiful as to be expected, so I was very satisfied in that respect. I was a little disturbed by how looney the made Baby in this movie, but it worked to her advantage most times. And I loved the old style filming of this movie in keeping with the setting of the previous movies. Overall, I enjoyed this installment and look forward to more.
