Gore - 2
There is only one kill and they don't even show it. And it's basic. They show the aftermath, so I gave it a point for that.
Scariness - 2
There are a couple jump/pop-out scenes, but not enough to classify this as truly scary. There are a couple of good tense moments though.
Creepiness - 2
The bad guy is the creepiest part. He plays creepy well as he has in some of his other works before.
Plot - 2
I really hate obvious foreshadowing and there was a lot, which made certain parts predictable. My realistic side really took over when watching this movie and it was just really hard to wrap my mind around the whole "bad samaritan" concept. The "samaritan" in the movie has obvious character flaws, which don't necessarily make him a bad person, but it makes it harder to believe he would have so much of a personality conflict. A conflict that would make him obsess to the point where he would risk his entire life and everything he loves just to be the "hero" or not feel like a bad person. The obsession got a little annoying after a while. This probably would have been better as a TV movie. I was disappointed I paid to see it.
Effects - 3
I just rated effects so low because there weren't many or so it seemed. The flashback scenes seemed weird too. The music was really bad and didn't really fit either.
