The acting in this movie was pretty bad and the sound effects were even worse. There were too many sound effects at times it overtook the talking. There were several dumb character moves as well. This movie has a Texas Chainsaw family vibe and it is basically about a human animal farm. No more, no less. No backstories, no hidden meanings. It is a gore and murder movie and the kills weren't really even that awesome or gory. Maybe one or two, but really it. Warning: there is a baby murder that is shown. The unhappy ending of the movie actually made it even more pointless. I am typically all for these types of endings, but with nothing else good about the movie, that just made it more of a letdown. If you are just in the mood to watch some twisted human animal farming, then you should check this out. It is not boring. But if you want something with substance, don't waste your time.
