A maniacal clown named Art terrorizes three young women on Halloween night and everyone else who stands in his way.--IMDB
Gore - 5
This movie seriously made me reconsider going back and reducing all of the gore ratings on my previous review by at least one. If nothing else, I absolutely loved the rawness of the kills. One particular kill, I remember thinking "why aren't they showing this", then they showed it and I really wished they hadn't . Then there are just some plain old gross parts.
Scariness - 2
There were a few small jump scares and tense chasing moments.
Creepiness - 3
The clown himself is pretty creepy and then some of the victims are even creepy.
Plot - 3
The movie does look low budget, but it's not horrible to watch. The acting is beyond mediocre and the victims consistently make dumb mistakes. There is really not much to the overall plot, no backstory or explanations. You just have to take it for what it is -- a serial killer movie. Despite all of these flaws, I still enjoyed this movie, from beginning to end. I fell in love with Art the Clown. His kills were amazing and unfiltered and even though he never said a word, he kept me laughing. But not in a silly way, in a dark funny kind of way. I would definitely recommend this movie to horror fans who love killer movies.
Effects - 4
Some of the editing was off. Like there were some things there that weren't in the previous scene, but it wasn't that serious.
