[Rated R]

After picking up a traumatized young hitchhiker, five friends find themselves stalked and hunted by a deformed chainsaw-wielding killer and his family of equally psychopathic killers.--IMDB
This movie is a remake of the 1974 Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie. Even though I enjoyed watching it, it was just okay. The story line was the same as the others, but that's expected since it is a remake. I really liked the cast, well R. Lee Ermey in particular (the sheriff). The murders were decent. They showed everything for some kills, but not for all kills. It was more gross than gory at times and they had fingernail coming off stuff, which I cannot stand. The character moves were dumb sometimes too. I realized the weird kid's name in this movie is Jedediah, which is Leatherface's name in the new 2017 Leatherface movie. That movie has more and more inconsistencies.
