There is not a whole lot of bloodshed present, but is a kill or two that might make some cringe.

Scariness - 3

There were quite a few good tense and scary moments. Not just cheap jump scares either.

Creepiness - 2

There are some scenes with a dead body that are kind of creepy.

Plot - 4

I really enjoyed this movie. It kept me intrigued and guessing what was going on and what had happened for the first half. It was certainly not predictable. And there was a decent twist that I really enjoyed. I would certainly recommend this movie. The only flaw was I would have liked more of an explanation or more details, but maybe there is a sequel in the making.
